Sara Daly is an experienced social worker with special interest and expertise in helping mothers through the transitions of pregnancy and the postpartum period. Sara earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan in 1998, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland in 1996. She has extensive training and experience working with survivors of trauma, including completion in 2011 of The Advanced Trauma Treatment Certificate Program (Level 1) at The Institute for Advanced Psychotherapy Training and Education, Inc.  Sara has trained with leaders in the field of perinatal mental health, including Postpartum Support International and the The Postpartum Stress Center.
